would like any info you can give...i am looking for anyone that has tricare that has had surgery in anchorage? if there is anyone out there i have lots of questions

I have Tricare, but my surgery was done in Texas. Have you called Tricare to ask questions? What kind of questions do you have? I do know from the time that I have had my surgery to now Tricare has changed some of it rules for the surgery. I believe one of them is that they will not approve lap surgery only open. Deej

Hi, I also had tricare. But I had my surgery in Virginia. Anyway, I was told to go Tricare standard. So when I swiched from Tricare Prime to Standard I found a Bariatric Dr. and they took care of all the rest. Tricare standard paid it all. Good Luck Ellie
