your right speedtrap is a real inspiration to this form at least for me he has been when i first come i used to read everyday .... then i used to think wow i dont know if i can do this i would open the form sit for a while and read peoples post i usually tried to stay away from anything negative because i didnt wish to get scared by someone elses misfortune and it seems to work well for me .... i think joining weight wise really helps you take control of your life again and when you think you cant do it then you meet people here who help you every step of the way .. ive learned a great respect for obese people for i know first hand how sometimes its a struggle with how people treat you how you feel about yourself and how you limit yourself ,,,,,,,,,,, when you set a goal here and you get thru it then you learn how to live life again as well ,
my dietician personally didnt ask but also i bring in my journal each visit she does go over it and does her own count maybe its because i am a person of habit not sure but no actually she does and then i must say when you do modules for weight wise alot of the information you will get will be papers on things you eat and how much calories they are which will help you as well , but if you really want to get into counting you could always do a web search on you journal each day and add them up , perhaps
