I can't tell but is this an American site?  Will they ship to Canada?  I wonder for how much $...

I was a light weight as well with Dr Birch and I had no pre-Op Diet and no scope.

Well isn't that interesting.  Dr. Nohr is such a great surgeon.  I thought this program would add the post care that was a little lacking with him.  Good to know.  I would still highly recommend him though.  He's been doing the rny surgery for years and has a ton of experience under his belt.  But that's your call.  There are certainly benefits with going through the new bariatric clinic as well.  You can never have too much education and assistance when it comes to successful weight loss.

I started the modules July of 2011....got my first appt October of 2011 and had surgery October of 2012. It helps if your prepared and do your food journal ahead of your first appt.

I must be blind - not a peep about samplers. It's a good things I've already tasted most and chosen my favourites.

You are right. I didn't have to do a liquid diet as I was labeled a light weight and I also didn't have to have a scope done either. I have heard that Dr., Karmali's patients all go for a scope but Dr. Birch who was my doctor doesn't do them unless he feels it's medically necessary. I guess it's different for everyone.

Kee.
