Hi, Was just wondering how you got your referal to dr. Davey to go to Bonnyville? How long is the wait when you book your appointment there? And where do you see him in Bonnyville? Also do you have a number if I wanted to make an appointment to see him there in Bonnyville to discuss lapband? I do have an appointment for him or Birch in Edmonton, but it's going to be a year in May and still haven't heard anything as of yet. I did call last month, and was told to call back in May to see where they were at because right now they were booking appointments that were made in 2004.
