Red Deer Orientation
I currently aim for 1500 calories, so 1256 is better than I thought it would be! Are they still doing the 1-cup diet? Portions have always been my issue, and so the 1-cup thing is what scares me the most lol. My husband plans on following the same diet I'll be on, so that will definitely help me stay on track! It's weird but I'm actually looking forward to all the nutritional rules :)
