Anyone in Lethbridge have DS surgery?

Newbie here. So grateful for this site. I know the DS surgery is relatively rare but was wondering if anyone in the Lethbridge area has had it and how supportive/knowledgeable their PCP is?

From my understanding is that in Canada no surgeon does the DS,  That is strictly a States thing.  At least that is what I was told 2 years ago when I was researching the types of WLS.
