POST OP RNY- MOVING TO CALGARY SE, who can I deal with for f.u?!?!?!?

I am relocating from Ottawa Ontario to Calgary Alberta - SE.   Ottawa has a very nicely estaclished weight management program, and f.u procedures etc.  Calgary doesnt seem to have the same thing, or I cant find any info on it??

Can anyone help?? I will be moving to Auburn Bay, and want to be rest assured I will have someone that I can go to for *** nurse practitioner,  dietician,  behaviourist, etc)
