At about a month I was eating a lot of chili, beans, cheese, moist chicken, deli meats, some fruits (mostly berries), salsa, yogurt, chunky soups, and cooked veggies like broccoli and cauliflower.  I wasn't eating a lot of recipie meals per say.  I'd make some chicken and cooked veggies and eat that for three days etc...

There are some websites with some decent recipes that work for us.  Here's some links...

You'll have to pick and choose what you can tolerate and what is acceptable in your plan, so review carefully.  But you'll get some ideas anyways.

I don't know how far out you are, but I am 3 months.

I eat normal foods. I do eat clean tho. I often will make this for breakfast:

1/4 simply egg whites, slices of diced turkey bacon and 1.5oz of light cheddar cheese, I make it into a scramble. That is easy for me to eat.

I often have either a protein bar (Questbar) or a protein shake for lunch.

For dinner, fish, crab cakes, steak, chicken breast, tuna, etc with some asparagus or broccoli.

I basically don't eat rice, potato or pasta often.

I like a lot of recipes from emilybites.com

I use wonton wrappers in my cupcake fill it with various things. I make tuna melts in there, chicken enchiladas, tacos, roast beef with cheese.
