periods....grrrrr

I've never feel good in my periods days....last time it was three days after surgery....so I was feeling like crap anyway....but this time....ouffff....it's not easy....my mood is very low...kinda depress with a rage in the same time....and i don't have any energy....just breathing seems to be a burden....I miss two days of pool....I even went for a nap while my family ate the dinner...

can't wait for it to be over....

OMG - I have had one since surgery and the first day, I had such wicked cramps that I had to sit down because I felt like my body was going in to shock (bit sweaty and my daughter even commented on my white face).  I had a bit of cramping pre-surgery but I was still able to function.... not that day, I laid on the couch (after I managed to get out for some Tylenol) with a ho****er bottle!  I hope they aren't all going to be like that......
