Workout options for Women (Not in the gym!)

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to check back and see how everyone was doing!  Happy new year to you all and I'm happy to see so many well on the way in their journeys!

Several of you know me, some have met me in person, others we're just seeing each other today!  Hi!

I'm teaching several community and online classes and I wanted to share with you, as you might find the formats a refreshing change from 'regular' workout options.  In my path to finding ways to workout that suited my size, my skill, my ability and my creativity/self every step along the way...one thing I know to be true (for me and others) is that workouts need to be fun! They shouldn't be punishing or boring - or we'll really struggle to to them.  That's not failure, that's normal...but so often we can get discouraged.

I've got BellyFit (morning classes) coming up in February.

I've got 2 regular evening FlirtyGirl Fitness classes (flirty/fun dance/pop style not dirty ok!)  Monday and Thursday nights.

I also coach a variety of online in-home fitness options if working out in the community is not something you 'do' yet...or if you are long distance or out of town!
