Wondering if anyone has been able to find the premade soups that are high in protein...like unjury or syntrax ..... I can find them online but the shipping is lots
Also does anyone have a good protein mix that you can add to soup or other food and drinks that doesn't change the taste
Thks
My dietician recommended Beneprotein. It was easy to add to cream soups, yogurts, puddings etc... by the spoonful since I was eating so little early out. You can order it from your pharmacy. I ordered mine from Shopper's Drug Mart. By about 4 months out I was drinking protein shakes with whey isolate from Popeye's. It was flavoured though. Another idea is to add dry skim milk powder to your food. It will add some protein.
Now I drink a premade chocolate premier protein drink every day which I buy from Costco.

I add skim milk powder to soups, yogurt, sf pudding, tea, etc. 4 tablespoons gives me 9 grams of protein.

I buy it at SaveOn, near the pharmacy.
Oh - it isn't great in broth, but is perfectly fine in cream soups. Stir the milk/whey mixture into your hot soup while stirring.
Also at SaveOn is a brand called Whey Gourmet. I buy the fruit flavoured ones and mix them into my cold sf drinks. The plus of those isn't the flavour, which while not offensive isn't especially exciting. HOWEVER, they can be added to my Rubbermaid water bottle of sf Hawaiian Punch, the bottle shaken well, and that's it. No lumps.
