Preadmission is a long process. It can take up to 4 hours so bring a snack and a book. They first have your watch a video which is about 30 or so minutes long. You then get weight charted and your height and put into a room of your own. You will have a nurse, anesthesia dr visit, an ekg done, lab work done, god it's been so long i forget. But trust me it's a busy busy day.

Good Luck.
