I had my stomach stapled 20yrs ago and after 11yrs my weight came back on and my health issues became more and more problematic.
Fort Sask is right by Sherwood Park east of Edmonton 10 min drive.
that's great that your not having to do the preop liquid diet.
the protien drink I get through Amway and so you have to order it.
When we get an opportunity to meet I can give you a sample to try.

I'm sorry to hear the weight came back.  Honestly, this is always on the back of my mind, however I will do my best to stay healthy.

I would love to meet you when I come to Edmonton.   I live in Winnipeg Manitoba.

Maybe we could meet at the Tim Hortons at the Best Western Plus, where I'll be staying for part of the time.
