Pre Op Seminar - Edmonton
Hubby and I are off to the Pre-Op seminar tomorrow (Friday July 29)in Edmonton...anyone else going to be there?

that is great news to hear actually i know to take my book of my steps and my food notes when i see the nurse on the 17th but i really am not sure what else happens when i see her if anyone else had a nurse appointment first and perhaps let me know if i should take anything else please let me know ?
I didnt take anything except my sheet that said i had attended the weight wise modules...the first clinic visit is really relaxed...just go over what your goals are, what your problem areas are and to set up a game plan for you...vey laid back.

your a great help really but i never did any modules yet aside from what was done with my family doctor home just in the office where i wish more information and classes that i didnt get i live in grande cache i am unsure if there is a place closer then Edmonton to actually get the modules would make it so much easy for me as well
