thats not so bad then...if you have some Beneprotien (over the counter at London Drugs) or some unflavoured mix you could add to your crystal light that would work too!!

Good Luck!

I haven't tried them yet, but Gatorade Recover has 16g of protein for a 500mL bottle.  I think it came in orange and grape.  I was comtemplating it, but at 220 calories for the bottle, I wasn't sure I wanted to spend it on a test. If anyone has tried it, please let me know.

That's too many calories for the amount of protein for me. Luckily I'm now allowed any whey protein shake powder as long as I mix it with water. SaveOn has some that comes in both a jar and single serve packets. (handy for keeping in my purse) It has 110 calories and 24 grams of protein per serving and mixes with 6-8oz water, so I can get it down in about 1/2 hour. We're flying home today and I have a couple of the single serve packets, a bottle of Mio and my small Rubbermaid bottle in my shoulderbag.
I'm halfway through "breakfast" and already tired. It's going to be a long day.

I start full fluids next Saturday. Right now it's a big deal to be able to mix regular whey powders (all flavours) with water. Totally clear protein drinks are mostly vile. I can also have coffee. The nutrition Dr is also a huge coffee fan and said as long as I take my PPI I can have coffee after day 5. Today is day 6.

 YAY for coffee! lol!

i have some of the Syntrax Necter protein mix...it mixes up just like juice crystals...a little foggy but a really nice change from the shake type powders...
I ordered it from LuckyVitamin.com
was hard to find a place that would shipt to canada...works out to be the same price per tub as the stuff from GNC i found, and a great variety of flavours :)
