Got My Date... Happy Dance

So excited got my date for my Sleeve today... June 18th, yay...
Seems like forever but it'sonly been a little over a year since my referal to now.
I see Dr Davey in Bonnyville and I've been waiting since Mar 2 for my date...
Now what do I do... is there something I can do to prepare?  Dr Davey told me to stop drinking coffee?  Are you not able to drink coffee after the surgery? 
Cant wait to get active and with my kids with out the pain in my shins and knees....

 I'm having Rny on June 12 with Dr. Birch.  I was told that I can't have coffee for 2 weeks after because it is hard on the tummy when healing.  My nurse knows how much I love coffee so she told me to slow it down before hand so it won't be so hard to go cold turkey!

You have nothing to lose by calling his office to check if decaf is ok or does he mean cold turkey. Either way, start weaning yourself off regular today. You don't need a caffeine withdrawal headache on top of everything else you'll be dealing with after your surgery.
