Surgery cost - Alberta, Canada

 I think thats pretty close yup
although from being approved for surgury until surgery date can be up to 3 months...especially during the summer...i was approved last month and am being told September-ish...
from my referral to my first appt was 9 months, and i was told that was fast at the time...but i know its even faster now, especially since they've opened up the clinic in Grande prairie...by the sounds of it you can do everything except meet the surgeon and have the surgery here now ****il they build the new hospital)
I'm so glad its getting faster for people!
