How are you doing?

I am wondering how those who are a year to a year and a half out are doing?  Do you stick to a routine on your food, are you tracking?  I have had some struggles but getting better.  I let too many carbs and sugar back into my day so I am having to relearn how to fight those cravings, but it is coming along!

I am 16 months out and doing well.  I am very strict on my protien intake and still do not allow sugars in ( I did one time only and got dumping so bad that never again).  I don't track as much but then again never really did.  As far as carbs go,  I did let them back in for a while but then was stalling.  I have since done the 5 day pouch test and went through a little carb withdrawl but it has since kicked me back into gear and I limit the carb intake very carefully now.

I am scheduled to have my panni on June 21, 2012 with Dr Nohr so I am so excited to at this point and so happy that I qualified for the surgery.

You have done well in your weight loss so far, keep up the good work. As for the sugar and carbs you can overcome the cravings! :)

Thanks for the reply!  I was thinking about doing the five day pouch test as well.
