couch to 5km

Starting a new running training program couch to 5km! I have always ...well not always... but I want to be able to run! My goals are moving to...being stronger... being able to move... to run.. to feel great.  My bf and I were in Banff this weekend and I was surprised to walk and walk and walk and just feel great, like it was nothing!  Now that... was a great feeling :)

 I am in week 6 of my C25K.  I don't know if I will ever be a "runner" but it feels good to challenge myself.   As a side benefit the change in my exercise routine seems to have helped me end a long stall.
