Beneprotien tip
Just my 2 cents worth but Beneprotein is gross. It doesn't mix well and even though it is suppose to be unflavoured it has a gross taste to it. Also you can get as much protein from skim milk powder and it's cheaper. Most people I have met said they bought it and never used it. Once opened it can last 6 month and then it has to be thrown out. I opened mine used it a couple of time and my sleeve couldn't handle it so it was a complete waste of my money.I discover that any protein powders didn't work with my sleeve, lucky for me most came with a money back guarantee.

Gall Bladder surgery April 12,2012
You can either believe it will happen.....or believe it won't. Both are self fulfilled prophesies. For Me it has happened. My Surgery was September 21/2010
I ordered one can of Beneprotein through Shoppers right before my surgery. Its okay, but not my favorite at all. It did help me in the early weeks after the surgery to get my protein in. I found the taste okay, but it changed the texture of my soups and yogurt which I didn't like. I ended up using about 3/4 of the can and have never bought another. Skim milk works too, not sure about the protein comparison though. About a month after surgery I discovered Isoflex protein shake powder at Popeyes. I have one for breakfast every day. 25 grams of protein plus the 6 grams in the 1% milk. Tastes not bad too.
