Hi there

Does anyone know where you can get torani SF syrup or Davinci SR syrup in calgary? Starting opti-fast soon and would like to make my shakes taste a little better.

Try Co-op over by the coffee section. I know our Co-op (I'm in Red Deer) has a lot of ones with sugar and a few sugar free. Look carefully!

Also look online to see if there is any sugar-free stores near you, then call them and ask. Good luck!

lowcarbgrocery.com ships from Ontario.
I tried to find Torani online but all US based and I didn't find one that would ship to Canada.
Usually Starbucks or Second Cup will sell the basic flavours Vanilla or Hazelnut.

Hi. This sugar-free syrup...what is used as the sweetener instead? I am just curious as my surgeon told me no artificial sweeteners. Thanks

Thanks. I will have to ask the nurse if it is ok to have Splenda. I am not sure if it is on the no list for the Red Deer clinic.

In Calgary we are allowed on the optifast to have it, I was able to find some at the diabetic depot. So many different types it was wonderful
