Well my boyfriend came home last night, lifted me up wrapped my legs around his waist and he carried me around and sat me on the couch! I have always wanted to be lifted like that..It was amazing, such a small thing with such a large impact!!
He never says to much about my weight loss but he said, your not that heavy! You've done a lot!! It was a great moment that had nothing to do with numbers, just living.  Today, lots of working out, good eating.. just carrying the feeling through.....Awesome

Holy Girl, thats from far a small thing. That like major woo hoo going on. Being thinner opens so many more doors in our lives. I love all the nsv that we have and I love the feeling I get in my heart when I can do things I've never done before. This really has been so life changing for us.
