How have you all done
Wow, i I had been thinking all about last Christmast. Trying to watch what I ate, not to gain, bla bla bla, all that goes with the season. This year...again, really watching what I ate but totally did not avoid all that I should have. I really wish more things bothered by RYN tummy. I find if I eat anything greasy, that will do it. Anyways, very worried about my weight, avoided the bathroom scale til today and TA DA, what a miricle, I was down a couple of pounds from the past few weeks, I was estatic! I thought forsure I was going to be up 3 lbs at least with bloating and water. What a year it has been. Getting back on the bandwagon today, well a couple more outtings but back to ensuring all my supplements are taken, getting my 10 - 15,000 steps each day and going for that last 20 lbs. Thank you so much Weight Wise Clinic and Staff fo coming into my life and making me such a healthier person. Here's to 2012 and all my friends on this forum. May all your dreams come true......and we know they will.....all it takes is a little work and to stay focused!

Hi Bonnie,
Last Christmas I wasn't able to eat very much at all, but this Christmas I had to watch the slider foods and the alcohol intake at all the parties!
However this was nothing compared to the way things were before surgery.
The bonus was that I was able to wear some great outfits! I had a great holiday, lots of compliments.
I had a few sweets but tried to get my protein in. The sweet stuff actually made me feel awful.
I was up 2 pounds and its already back down in a few days, so yup, getting my focus together for January as well. I want to meet my goal in 2012 before a spring beach trip!
I agree, so thankful for living in the city of the Weight Wise clinic, especially when Dr. Sharma could have set it up anywhere in the world...
