Empty closet!!!!
So, after my pants almost fell down at work last week, off to the V V Boutique I went. (That's Value Village people). I bought 6 pairs of pants (work and jean and casual) and 3 shirts for around $70 bucks.......I still keep checking the size tags when I put them on....down to a 14!!!! !!!!! This morning I went through my closet and dresser and MAN do I have a stack of 18/20's that will go BACK to the V V Boutique!!!!Surgery was Nov. 15th at 203lbs (give or take a glass of water!LOL) and now I'm down to 183lbs. I even got my hair cut, NEW style and color yesterday......a new me (Old me that had gone into hiding?) for the NEW YEAR!!!!
GOOD FOR YOU!!! Doesn't it feel amazing when you realize you need smaller clothes!! SMALLER... not BIGGER!!! I just recently cleaned all the "fat clothes" out of my closet and now that my clothes are so much smaller, they only take up half the room! What used to fill two rows (top and bottom rows) now fits onto one... so I'm having hubby build me a shoe rack for all the sexy shoes I can wear now that my feet are skinnier!!
Congratulations!!!
How exciting this all must be for yall. I am still waiting on an appointment with the clinic but I can't wait to get out of these size 30 pants. I recently faced having to possibly go up to a 32 and I just can't mentally do it. Instead I squeeze into the size 30 and hope that the appointment comes soon.
I am so happy for the both of you and hope to join yall soon on the weight loss journey!
