Surgiversary

Well tomorrow is my one year surgiversary, and i'm 175lbs down. I can't believe where this last year has gone and what a change it's been, all for the good mind you. Last year i wore a size 28 jean and on Saturday i just bought a size 5/6, still having trouble getting that through my head!! I am also, 28 days away from my panni/tummy tuck, has anyone out there had this done in Medicine Hat by Dr. Nohr? just wondering what to expect, and approx. tummy flattening results. Anyways, good luck to you all out there, and keep up the great work!!! It's well worth the journey!

1st goal acheived December 27th/2010. 1 week after my 3rd month surgery anniversary.
2nd goal acheived June 4th/2011. 2 weeks after my 8th Month Surgiversary.

You can either believe it will happen.....or believe it won't. Both are self fulfilled prophesies. For Me it has happened. My Surgery was September 21/2010
