before and after pics.

I thought I would share my before and after photos here on the AB forum.  I have put them on the main VSG forum but I wanted to share them here as well.  I am very proud of my accomplishment and want to show everyone what can be done when you put your mind to it.

                I am close to 300lbs in this photo.  Halloween 2009 - I am the 80s Halloween girl


                               This picture was taken on November 5, 2011.  I am 190lbs here.

I hope my photos serves as encouragement to those who are just at the beginning of their journey or somewhere in the middle.

Thanks Mel.  I have lost probably another 10 pounds since that photo was taken.  I don't think I am going to meet my goal before Christmas.  I have been in a stall for the past couple of weeks.  But I am not freaking out about it, I figure I will start losing again soon.

You are welcome. That is just awesome. You must feel so much more energetic now.  You have had so many changes...just look at your face. I am excited to see how my face will change when I get the surgery someday. I am very happy to hear you are doing well and I am sure more pounds will start "falling off" soon.
