Ok so I was stuck in that horrible stall and getting all fustrated.

My solution was to first cry.... the I was talking to a freind at he suggested a few things.

Throw out my scale... muscle weights more than fat... but is smaller. I bought a measuring tape and took my measurements instead.

I change up my workout routine.... do more weights. I lift weights 3 times a week.( Seriously lift them)

Up my protein take dramatically...... I now get between 150-200g a day of protein( 1200-1500 cals/day)

Increase my water intake.... I now get in all 8 glasses of water a day.

Practice Positive mind set and set realisitc goals for myself...
I want to be a solid 160lbs, rather than a saggy bag of flab at 160lbs.

Anyways I've put all these into practice and so far I'm feeling amazing, lots of energy, not tired anymore and I'm warming up.. not so cold all the time. Life is great... and my clothes are fitting better. I will weigh myself once a week at work just to satisfy my curiosity.

Have a terrific day everyone :)
