One week till i get panni appt

Well I'm a week away from getting my appt for my panni and almost 10 months post surgery and lost almost 164lbs and already 1.2 below my personal target. I'm just so excited, what a journey, its been one I'm so happy to have done. :)Good luck to all beginning and into there journeys. It the best thing I've ever done!

Congrats!! I'm a little jelous! I am only down 90lbs since Dec 8. But I probably drink more alcohol than you do! I spend the week losing what I gain on the weekends! That will die down now that summer is coming to an end!
Is Dr Nohr doing the Panni?

Yes he is and trust me I also drink my share, but only vidka and diet coke as neither has any sugar. my appt is on the 20th with Dr. Nohr so will have more answers after that I hope.

I would have that but there is all this info about not having pop.  you are not having any trouble with it? I haven't had any but when i have something with carbonated water (smirnoff ice light)i shake it as flat as i can! lol

Nope have never had an issue, but I find coke zero the best.
