Off topic health problem

Hi everyone
Need some advice here. I am having horrific stomach problems.
I have had upper abdominable pain, diarrhea, and nausea now for about 12 days now.
I have had lots of blood work, x-rays, and ultra sound and they say everything is okay.

I am still waiting for a stool test result and  a barium swallow xray result that I had today.

I have been to the emergency three times now. I am getting really nervous because the burning pain is not getting better at all. I am not eating much (clear liquids only) and getting weak.

Pepto Bismal and gravol kind of help. oh and the doc gave me prevacid to take.
I am missing this week of work and really can't afford to miss another.

Has anyone gone through something like this?? I honestly  can't handle this much longer.

At the emerg. they end up giving me a pain shot of toradol, a gravol and send me home.

Any advice would be really, really, appreciated.

Hi. I am sorry to hear about your health problems.  Are you on iron?   I get those symptoms when I take my iron.  It is horrible.  My gut feels hollow, stomach pains, acid reflux, sometimes I feel dizzy and can't eat.

Iron does that to be too, however, I have not taken any for a few months.
I go to the doctor tommorrow again so hopefully they can figure something out. Im nervous that if its something with my stomach, I might not be able to get WLS.  I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Are you having upper right side abdominal pain?  Did they look at your gallbladder? I hope you find out the source of your pain.  There is nothing worse than to be in pain and you don't know why.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Upper right is sore but the ultra sound was good. They said my gall bladder was okay.  Im on a liquid diet and they are going to send me to a specialist.
How are you feeling?? Doing well I hope!

I am feeling great!  Think I over did it a bit yesterday!  Took the dogs on a hike for 1 1/2 hours, today I am paying for it.  It was fun watching them play though, they so needed to get out and run.

I am transitioning to soft foods this week.  Hopefully will be able to get more protein in!  Still can't eat very much in one sitting!

How are feeling?  Let us know what the specialist says about  your pain!
