xp back pain/hematoma??

From the minute i woke up from surgery i have complained about back pain. The pain i had in my back was far worse than any of the surgery/incisional pain. I will be 4 months out this week and my back is still killing me. I had my 3 month check up last week and she said it could be a possible hematoma because i did have a bleed during surgery. She also said that if my back still hurts in a month to go back and see her. Today the pain is so terrible, its like surgery day all over again. Have any of you ever had a hematoma from surgery? Did it cause you pain? Should i wait the month or go see my family doc? I dont know what to do. My fiance tried cracking my back last night and massaged for a good hour and it is no better...... just want this pain gone.

I was four months out and they found my gastric leak!!! I had terrible back pain and left shoulder pain. I would go to Emergency if I were you!! That's where they found mine after countless visits to my family docotor and surgeon. A CT scan was given and bam there it was!!

did you have the back pain from day 1? did you have any other symptoms? I have no problems eating or drinking, all my labs just came back good.....
