Back again......

Hi,

Wow...were does the time go!  It has been almost 2 years and 23 lbs more () since I was last on this site.  A little history....back in 2008 I was ready, willing and able to go ahead with the VSG surgery with Dr. Alvarez...then the financing fell through.   I was crushed to say the least.  I had done the work, was in the head space and geared up....then all of a sudden I was back to square one.

Over the past two years my life has changed...for the better I feel.  I am now a single mom of 2 FABULOUS young boys, I have my own business and a wonderful social life with a great support group around me.  The one HUGE obsticle in my way....FOOD!!   It truly is an addiction...I use it for everything... the GOOD, the BAD and the UGLY!

Once again, the option of surgery is on the table.  I am working hard to get my head in the right space, surround myself with like minded people and find the motivation to get this done!!

I live in Southern Alberta and am looking to connect with people in and around this area to share stories, trails and tribulations with.  I look forward to hearing from anyone interested in sharing their story!!
