HAd my gastric bypass done on May 9th/2011 and am down about 35 lbs. Started to use the treadmill and eliptical this week as my weight loss has slowed down since I went to solid foods. Having no ill effects just wondering if this is normal weight loss.

your down 35 pounds since may 9th??

did u have surgery at RAH?

i  had my VSG on may 18th...   im down about 15..since the day before surgery.

and i find this week.. i have just maintained since going on solids. I have not been eating .. as much as i think i need to.. or drinking as much as i should be... wondering if this could be a reason for for the stall ....

we have all been there at this stage.  It is also your body stabilizing and getting used to the lower calorie intake but don't go to low as you body goes to starvation mode and holds on to everything taken it as a percaution of not getting enough.  I still find if I eat to few calories I will stall big time and lose again as I increase my intake I also feel better when I have a little more to eat.  Guess that makes sense.
Don't be discouraged and remember  with the sleeve we are expected to have slower weight loss than a RNY.
15 pounds is awesome for two weeks.
Take  care
