It took the better part of 3 years AND...
Okay....just in case you were wondering what the milestones (next goals are)
Highest weight: 309
10% goal (met)
Back to pre-pregnancy weight (met!)
Back to favourite jeans (met!) too big now boo (but somehow won't give them away. Hoarder alert!)
Back to 'skinny jeans' and 225lbs (done and done)
Back to 'when I met my husband weight" DONE!
100lbs lost (big ole checkeroooo!!!)
and yet to come:
9 more pounds = ONEDERLAND!
16 more pounds from today = no longer OBESE...only OVERWEIGHT!!
35-ish more pounds from today = high school weight and the weight I've been trying to get back to for ever...and close to the goal that I said I'd be satisfied to get to 175-180
Secretly in my heart of hearts I want to get to 165 ( i think that's the high end of my 'normal' weight range) and I remember feeling fantastic at this weight. I feel pretty fantastic right now...so I must not be too critical! :)
Secretly secretly...154 would be amazing...just to touch at least fleetingly..because of one doctor who said i was 'fat' when I was a mere 6lbs over this and told my mom to put me on a diet and get me down to 154. Funny how those first hard words stuck in my head. ( PS. I was 5 foot 8 and already a fully developed 13 year old..if you know what i mean!) *shaking mental fist at doctor!!* LOL.
So this is what I'm working on for the next year (i'm in no hurry!) I would like the first two goals by the end of september, will keep you all posted!
