Upcoming Panni

interesting.  My nurse told me that I need to be at a stable weight for 6 months before they will do a panni because if you lose more you will pucker at the site, and surgeons want to have beautiful work to show (her words) I cannot wait to get approved to have my panni, but I don't want to think about it until I am 140...that's 59 more pounds.  When I am close I plan to make an appointment with a plastic surgeon to see what it will cost to have done the things I want and to find out if they can do them all at once or not...then decide from there if I can afford to do it!

I totally agree, that's why there having me wait till Sept for my pre surgery appt. i have to watch because i don't want to be to much below where my goal is after surgery.  At this point i have approx. 20-30lbs of excess on my abdomen, so if i lose another 10-20 before Sept. that will be perfect.  I'm presuming the panni surgery won't be until sometime early next year, so all will work out just fine. :)
