drink my protein and the weight is stalled???
WEll I drink my protein powder eat eggs and greek yourart.. It is hard to get that much in to myself but I do it. But my weight loss has stalled 2 and a half months out and only lost 50 lbs is this normal... I want to cry at times I go for walks play basket ball with my 8 year old . So Im getting my 71 grs of protein about 1500 cals a day and not losing weight for 2 weeks... I have returned to work could the stess of the change be the problem I do work 8 hours on my feet... With 8 weeks off I did get lazy...
First let me say that I am not an expert, I don't get my sleeve for another couple of weeks but I have done tons of research. It was my understanding that we should be on 600-800 calories per day for the first 6 months to a year and then increase our cals as we start to approach our goal weight. YMMV
IIt is normal to go through a stall. Keep doing what you're doing!! Persist!
You sound VERY active and healthy and you're getting all of your nutritional requirements.
Are you getting all of your water in?
I went through a 3 week stall and then BAM...i dropped 4 pounds. You've had a GREAT weight loss for 2.5 months out.
Our bodies constantly catch up, readjust, take a break etc!
I'm almost 4 months out and down only about 36 lbs...it may be slow...but slow and steady wins the race :)

your doing great...keep up the good work. I'm just over 4months out and down 48/49lbs and almost at the 50lbs mark( 200lbs) I am so freaking excited to get below 200 and its been so slow over the last 8weeks I was 209 at the end march so have no fears and remember that the slower the better I was told, cause then it stays off in the long run. Try to switch up your routines and eating habbits a little. Drink a ton of water if you can!!
