Walking Group

Hi All:

A few of us from the Edmonton Bariatric Support Group are meeting in North Edmonton tonight to go walking.  We are meeting in front of the Beaumaris Library and will be walking around Beaumaris Lake at 7:30.  All are welcome, including kids, pets, spouses.... The walk will probably take us about 40 minutes to an hour depending on the amount of stops and such.

We are looking at making this a regular occurence. 

There will also be a group of us walking around rundle Park on Saturday, April 23 at 4pm.  Meet location to be annouced. 

I hope to see some of you out tonight and Saturday!
