I've heard of the shiritaki noodles and am curious. Have you tried them yourself? If so, what's your verdict?

Thanks! I'm also VERY curious about the PB2. I rarely eat peanut butter myself, but my beloved has a serious addiction going. Ever heard of anyone putting it in their oatmeal? How about in their yoghurt? (weird, huh?)

HHmmmm....You just gave me a good idea...Gonna put it in my plain greek yogurt!!!...It's yummy! I love peanut butter!! Maybe even the oatmeal too...I like it in my protein shakes!!

I don't know if it is the same store, and I don't know if you ever go to Red Deer, but there is a Low Carb store in Red Deer as well. I went there the last time I was in Red Deer for my surgeon appt. We are planning on going back maybe sometime next weekend. My husband found a snack he absolutely loves.

I love that site, I order my Truvia in from there all the time. Another good thing about them is they have a frequent buyer card and each time you buy you build up credit towards your order. We get our order within a week and have never had any issues with delivery.

On a side note Donna, how are you doing after your plastics?
