Stall number 2
I think I've been really lucky cause in the 6.5 months since surgery I haven't hit any stalls...YET. Now that I've said that it'll probably happen.
I was told at the clinic that stalls happen and it's the bodys way of catching up to all the new changes. I was also told when it does happen to try changing up your exercise routine and your food routine. Eat a little more carbs than you usually do so your body will burn the carbs and store the protein. I was also told to add calories for a few days then drop them such as Monday 800, Tuesday 900 Wednesday 1000, Thursday 800, Friday 900...I think you get the point. I thought this would be hard but like they said adding a glass of juice which is liquid and easy to fit in will up your calories. Anything worth trying to break the stall.
Good Luck.
Kee.

You can either believe it will happen.....or believe it won't. Both are self fulfilled prophesies. For Me it has happened. My Surgery was September 21/2010
talk about stalls, my surgery was may 3, lost 15 lbs, and now i haven't lost anything in the past week. i can't believe it. eatting less than 700 calories a day and haven't lost a pound in a week. get my water in, hard to get the protein but really......i just don't understand my body and why it wants to hold on to everything so early in?????
