I'm going to go early too. I usually am early and take a good snack and a good book!!! If the weather is insprirational, I may go outside to pace like a tiger and get my steps up! See you there! Wendy

I thought Module 9 was by far the best one ever. When I took it  there was only the 1 part on stress eating but I've sence heard that they have added a second part too it.  This is defintely one that comes highly recommended by me. Hope you enjoy it.

You can either believe it will happen.....or believe it won't.  Both are self fulfilled prophesies. For Me it has happened.  My Surgery was September 21/2010

Thanks Kee! I feel like such a Doofus for not marking the topic on my calendar. Christa got me on track though with the topic! Good to know it's highly recommended and although this ones in the evening (I'm a crappy night time driver) it sounds like it'll be worth the gas!! I feel like I have so much info floating around inside my head that I need a bigger brain to contain it all!!!LOL!!!!
