Help?

I now finally have a surgery date and would like to put it on my profile. I go to "my journey" and then to "surgeries". I then click on "add a bariatric surgery". Everything works real good up until the format of the program insists on the surgeon name which it can not find in it's data base. The program does not let me save and now I have become frustrated.
Could someone help walk me through what I need to do differently please?

 The only thing I can suggest is double checking the spelling of your surgeon.
