I've been discharged from Weight Wise program

I've been dealing with depression and it has been a very difficult year too.  I'm going to a eating disorder support group and enjoying it and it has helped me a lot. I have not been journalling or seeing a dietician and I felt this was not the time to be considering wls with a pile of issues that I have to sort out.  So I called WW on Wednesday and I decided to withdraw for now.  Weight Wise is a great program and maybe I will return.

Thanks for your support and encouragement. I may pop in on occasion.

Linda..I wish you all the best.
I just have to say that only ONE of the goals of WW is surgery. The main goal is to help you gather other tools together to help with your eating habits and help with your weight loss...and to learn to manage our weight. I hope you come back to the clinic or continue with another weight loss program and not put all your hard work to waste.

Again, good luck.
