I can't believe that i'm not quite 4 months post-op and already over half way to goal.  I'm feeling amazing and can't get over the way i'm looking.  I've gone from a size 28 to a 20 and have no idea the last time i was here.  This surgery was the best thing i could have ever done, no more back or knee pain and way more energy.  Arlene

That is SO awesome to hear.  I am glad you are doing so well and feeling so good.  I hope I will have the same great outcome when my turn comes.

Hi Giselle, as were all abit different I will just let u know what has helped me. Eat lots of protein and drink lots of water. I'm positive when your time comes you will do just fine. It's not as hard as it might seem. Good luck, Arlene

Way to go Arlene! I'm 2 months behind you and down just about 40 lbs. I share the same joy that you do in losing the weight. It's fabulous isn't it. I go back to work in the am so we'll see how the energy part plays out.
