Protein Coffee
For those of you who have my recipe for Protein Chai Tea...I have developed a Protein Caramel Coffee one...
Protein Caramel Coffee
6 scoops of chocolate protein powder
1.5 cups of Splenda
2 cups of skim milk powder
Blend together and seal in a canaster or covered bowl.
Make a cup of coffee then add 2 heaping tablespoons of the mix along with a cap full of Toriani SF Caramel flavour shot. Blend in a blender or Magic Bullett for 10 seconds.
Sooo yummy...a nice change from my tea every morning

Protein Hot Chai Mix 6 scoops vanilla protein powder
1.5 cups non-fat powdered milk
3/4 cup Splenda
1T. chai spice mix (or use half cinnamon and half ground ginger)
1t. ground cloves
Mix all dry ingredients in a covered bowl until well blended. Make a cup of hot tea. Add two heaping tablespoons of mix to the tea. Wisk or blend in Magic Bullet or blender for about 10 seconds. Makes it nice and frothy. Recipe makes about 12 servings. Per serving: Calories: 146 Fat: 1g Carbs: 9g Protein: 19g
