I can't believe it, it only took me a month and a half to get it figured out. Eat more protein and drink more water and it's amazing what starts to happen. I'm not quite 3 months out but as of this am I have hit the 60lb lost mark. Hopefully the pounds will keep coming off, I couldn't stand another stall like the last one. I bought new jeans a couple wks ago and went from a size 28 to a 22 and there almost to big now. ;) Thanks for listening. Arlene

Congrats Arlene.

I know that losing weight is so hard.  But you have done an amazing job.  Keep up the good work.

Good for you Arlene!!! Feels great to move the scale again!

I can see I am going to be a slow loser! but as long as it moves, I can live with that!

Great Job Arlene! Keep up the good work. I'm on the slow end of losing as well, I'm just so happy to have it gone at all. :)

Stalls are soooo common during our journey...and it will happen again, but you are far from the end....around the 18 month mark you will notice a stall...a long one...that could be the end of this journey...and that's ok.

I am at the end...just waiting for my panni call so another 8 to 10 lbs Dr Davey says will come off...I will be at my goal then.

Now I am maintaining, excercising and enjoying my new body...my mind has finally caught up with it all...that takes time too!

Congrats and keep doing what you are doing...

Stall, melt, stall, melt...that has been my body's way whether before or after surgery.  Stalls are frustrating!  To break through my last one since I couldnt eat much less than I already am I upped my exercise to 6 times a week and I am alternating workouts.  This caused me a 7lb loss this week!
