Surgery financing

I was just wondering about any of  you who have gone to Mexico for VSG, if you had used the financing option, and how that experience went?  Can we use that service from Canada (it seems to be based in the US), and if so, how is the interest rate. 

Any info you can share would be appreciated.  I want to have Dr. Aceves do VSG surgery, but  have to get the money together somehow first.
