I just wanted to say Hi.. Happy New Year

I sure missed this group.. I now have internet and Plan on being faithful with my posts and journalling.. Its been a tough little while but Like we all know .. this too shall pass.. I have had lots of appointments and still no clear direction on where my Weightloss is going.. Im down 202 which is wonderful but the lightheaded., dizzy. Not hungry thing is driving me crazy.. I have to do a ECG and Lung function test this upcoming week and I go back and see the RN and RD in about 2 wks..

Glad to se you back Karen. Looking forward to seeing more post from you. Congrats on the good work But sorry to hear you're having issues with being dizzy. I still don't get hungry but if I go to long my sleeve feels like it's stuck together. This past 3 weeks I've been getting awful headache and I think it's got to due with the hormonal changes happing with the weight lost, sucks big time.

1st goal acheived December 27th/2010. 1 week after my 3rd month surgery anniversary.
2nd goal acheived June 4th/2011. 2 weeks after my 8th Month Surgiversary.
Gall Bladder surgery April 12,2012

You can either believe it will happen.....or believe it won't. Both are self fulfilled prophesies. For Me it has happened. My Surgery was September 21/2010
