I've been trolling the boards for a bit while I've been going through the process at the Weight Wise Clinic in Edmonton, so haven't had much info to add but have gained a lot from everyone's experiences. (Thanks!)

I thought you might be interested in the 50% off sale at Value Village - Monday February 7th from 7am to 9pm. This could save us some money as we're going through some clothing sizes.

We don't have a Value Village where I live but I've been able to get some great Deals at WearHouse One also. Right now they have their clearance items on buy one get one free. Also Ladies Marks Wearhouse has a sale on, Buy one clearance item and get the second clearance item for 70% off. Gotta love sale. I know I do.
I've also learned when it comes to tops buy them a size smaller cause if not you will only wear them once and they'll be too big. Oh another great tip is when buying new bra's buy them smaller and get one of the bra hook extenders, when it gets too big take the extender off and ta da it will fit perfect. I'm still loosing pretty fast so I'm kinda learned to be a frugal shopper.
