I don't know how to make shakes from the protein i bought! It is unflavoured but I'm not creative and I looked some up on line, smoothies looked yummy but were all 300-400 calories..

is that normal? anyone have some good recipes?

Here are a few I found on line some have the calories and some don't but depending on the products you will use the calorie count will change. So anyway just some idea's of what you can put in a shake and hopefully something will sound interesting enough for you to try. Good luck with the shakes cause of my milk allergies they don't work for me and mixing them with water is gross they all give me tummy pains, it's almost like they are too heavy on my sleeve.

Coffee-Chocolate Shake (doesn't have the calorie listed but you could work it out to see, seens low cause there isn't much in it.)

skim milk
ice cubes
2 scoops chocolate whey powder
a spoonful of instant coffee granules

Orange-Strawberry Shake

2 scoops of vanilla whey powder
cup orange juice
small handful or two or frozen or fresh strawberries
1/2 banana
ice cubes
splenda packet or two
a tiny bit of vanilla extract
(again half the receipe for lower calories)

Chocolate BlueBerry Shake
1 scoop of whey protein
1 cup chocolate soy milk
1 cup blueberries
1 cup ice
blend. yumyum.

low calorie chocolate shake
use unsweetened cocoa, a banana and low fat milk.
Pop it in a blender and let it run for quite a long time. The banana sweetens everything and makes it thick, and it's quite surprisingly good for you considering how damn tasty it is!

I couldn't find a protein powder that I liked or that agreed with me so I decided to make smoothies with fruit and fat-free greek yogurt.  It's super yummy!  Maybe you can do something similar with your protein powder?

I can't give you any calorie or protein information because it all depends on how much you use of each.  What I typically do is put some no added sugar sorbet, add a half cup of greek yogurt, some frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches or whatever you like) and add a bit of water or fruit juice to it.  I blend it up in my bullet and take it with me for breakfast every morning.  I know I have issues getting fruit and protein in so I figured this was my best bet.  The greek yogurt has 20g protein per half cup so that helps with my protein intake.
