Onderland
I made it there finally, I was so excited to see those numbers on the scales this morning.
Last week I promised myself I was only going to weight on the Weigh****cher scales every Tuesday night and record that weight but this morning I just had the urge to know where I was and to my surprise I was walking in a Winter Onderland. What a way to start off a working Monday morning.
Now I've set another goal of 175, something to aim for and acheive.
