It's very common Arlene in the second and third week for your weight to hit a bit of a stall. In week 3 my scale didn't move for 6 days and then on day 7 I lost like 4 pounds, I thought wow 4 pounds over night thats weird but our bodies are adjusting and wanting to hold on to everything for fear of stravation, or at least thats how my Nut explained it to me.
Don't get frustrated or worried, it'll be fine and I'm assuming like me you weight yourself everyday. I'm a sucker for the scale. I just spent 3 weeks away and was only able to weigh once a week and I was fine with it but now that I'm back home it's back to the scale routine every moring. It's like an addiction for me.

Good Luck.

Kee.
